For Pâncâke "Buns"
- 1/2 glâss sugâr free flâpjâck syrup (I prescribe mâple forest homesteâds)
- 2 expânsive eggs
- 2 oz creâm cheddâr
- 2/3 glâss âlmond flour
- 1 tsp heâting powder
- 1 tsp vânillâ concentrâte
- 1/2 tsp mâple sepârâte
- 10-15 drops fluid steviâ
For filling
- 4 eggs mixed or singed
- 4 cuts cheddâr
- 4 cuts bâcon or frânkfurter cooked
Guidelines
- Wârmth the syrup to â bubble in â little pân over medium-high wârmth, mixing âlwâys. Keep on boiling for â few minutes until the point thât syrup hâs thickened ând decreâsed significântly.
- Pour the syrup onto â mâteriâl lined skillet ând plâce in into the cooler for no less thân 60 minutes.
- Preheât your stove to 350 degrees F ând line â treât sheet with thwârt ând plâce 8 bricklâyer jolt rings onto the skillet (or oil â whoopie pie contâiner). Splâsh within the rings with non-stick shower.
