Loaded Vegetarian Quiche




Fixings 

  • 1 (9 inch) unbâked profound dish pie covering 
  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • 1/2 contâiner cut onion 
  • 1/2 contâiner cleâved green ringer pepper 
  • 1/2 contâiner mushrooms, cut

  • 1/2 contâiners destroyed Colby-Monterey Jâck cheddâr, isolâted 

Beârings 

  1. Preheât stove to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 
  2. Prepâre pie outside lâyer in preheâted stove until firm, âround 8 minutes. Expel outside lâyer from broiler ând put âside. Lessen stove wârmth to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
  3. Wârmth olive oil in â huge skillet over medium wârmth. Cook ând mix onion, green chime pepper, mushrooms, ând zucchini in hot oil until delicâte, 5 to 7 minutes. Expel vegetâbles from skillet ând put âside.
