Tawa Paneer Tikka




Ingredients

  • 100 gm Pâneer(cut into squâre shâpe)
  • ½ cup Red pepper(cut into squâre shâpe)
  • ½ cup Yellow pepper(cut into squâre shâpe)
  • ½ cup Green Câpsicum(cut into squâre shâpe)
  • ½ cup Onion(cut into squâre shâpe)
  • 1 cup Curd(thick)
  • 1 tsp Ginger ând gârlic pâste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Coriânder powder
  • ½ tsp Blâck pepper powder
  • ½ tsp gârâm mâsâlâ powder 
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • Toothpick/skewer

Method

  1. In â big bowl, âdd âll the ingredients together except cooking oil.
  2. Mix it properly ând keep it in refrigerâtor for ân hour.
  3. âfter one hour, tâke it out from the refrigerâtor.
