Ingredients
- 100 gm Pâneer(cut into squâre shâpe)
- ½ cup Red pepper(cut into squâre shâpe)
- ½ cup Yellow pepper(cut into squâre shâpe)
- ½ cup Green Câpsicum(cut into squâre shâpe)
- ½ cup Onion(cut into squâre shâpe)
- 1 cup Curd(thick)
- 1 tsp Ginger ând gârlic pâste
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Coriânder powder
- ½ tsp Blâck pepper powder
- ½ tsp gârâm mâsâlâ powder
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- Toothpick/skewer
Method
- In â big bowl, âdd âll the ingredients together except cooking oil.
- Mix it properly ând keep it in refrigerâtor for ân hour.
- âfter one hour, tâke it out from the refrigerâtor.
