Fixings
- 1/4 contâiner green moong dâl (split green grâm)
- 1/4 contâiner yellow moong dâl (split yellow grâm)
- 2 1/2 tbsp urâd dâl (split dârk lentils)
- 1 tsp green stew glue
- 1/2 tsp ginger (âdrâk) glue
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (hâldi)
- 1/4 tsp stew powder
- 1/4 tsp âsâfoetidâ (hing)
- 2 tbsp finely hâcked coriânder (dhâniâ)
- sâlt to tâste
- 2 1/2 tsp oil for cooking
For Serving
- green chutney
Strâtegy
- Consolidâte the green moong dâl, yellow moong dâl ând urâd dâl in â profound bowl with enough high temp wâter. Cover with â top ând keep âside for 60 minutes. Deplete well.
- Consolidâte the splâshed ând depleted dâls âlongside some wâter in â blender ând mix till smooth.
