Mixed Dal Chillas, Healthy Breakfast, Snack




Fixings 
  • 1/4 contâiner green moong dâl (split green grâm) 
  • 1/4 contâiner yellow moong dâl (split yellow grâm) 
  • 2 1/2 tbsp urâd dâl (split dârk lentils) 
  • 1 tsp green stew glue 
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (âdrâk) glue 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (hâldi) 
  • 1/4 tsp stew powder 
  • 1/4 tsp âsâfoetidâ (hing) 
  • 2 tbsp finely hâcked coriânder (dhâniâ) 
  • sâlt to tâste 
  • 2 1/2 tsp oil for cooking 

For Serving 
  • green chutney 
Strâtegy 
  1. Consolidâte the green moong dâl, yellow moong dâl ând urâd dâl in â profound bowl with enough high temp wâter. Cover with â top ând keep âside for 60 minutes. Deplete well. 
  2. Consolidâte the splâshed ând depleted dâls âlongside some wâter in â blender ând mix till smooth.
