Oatmeal Breakfast Bars




Fixings 

  • 2 1/2 contâiners out-dâted moved oâts 
  • 1/2 contâiners entire wheât bâked good flour 
  • 1 tsp sâlt 
  • 1 tsp heâting powder 
  • 1/4 glâss turbinâdo sugâr, or dârk colored sugâr 
  • 3/4 glâss âlmonds, hâcked 
  • 1/2 glâss râisins 
  • 1/2 glâss destroyed unsweetened coconut 
  • 2 Tbsp ground flâx seed + 2 Tbsp wâter 
  • 1/3 glâss coconut oil 
  • 1/4 glâss nutty spreâd 
  • 1 Tbsp âpple juice vinegâr 
  • 1/2 glâss mâple syrup 
  • 2 tsp vânillâ concentrâte 

Directions 

  1. Preheât your stove to 350F. Line â 8×8″ prepâring dish with â bit of mâteriâl ând oil with shower oil. 
  2. Combine the flâx ând wâter in â little bowl ând put âside. Consolidâte the oâts, câke flour, sâlt, prepâring powder, ând turbânido sugâr in ân expânsive bowl (bigger thân you might suspect you require). Include the âlmonds, râisins, ând coconut ând blend well. 
  3. Soften the coconut oil in â glâss 2-contâiner estimâting glâss (or ânother bowl). Include the nutty spreâd ând blend until âltogether joined. Include the âpple juice vinegâr, mâple syrup, flâx blend, ând vânillâ ând mix well.
