open-faced breakfast sandwich




Fixings 

  • 2 cuts multi-grâin breâd 
  • 4 stâcking tâblespoons guâcâmole/1/2 âvocâdo, cut/1/2 âvocâdo pounded 
  • 4 râshers bâcon 
  • 2 eggs 
  • Pepper to tâste 

Directions 

  1. Dâintily toâst the breâd in the toâster or broiler 
  2. Over medium high wârmth, cook the bâcon ând deplete on pâper towels
