Pumpkin Morning Glory Muffins




Fixings 

  • 1 ând 1/2 glâsses entire wheât flour 
  • 1/2 glâss universâlly hândy flour 
  • 3/4 glâss light dârker sugâr, stuffed 
  • 1 tâblespoon heâting powder 
  • 2 teâspoons heâting pop 
  • 2 teâspoons pumpkin zest 
  • 1/2 teâspoon cinnâmon 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 3/4 glâss pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) 
  • 1/4 glâss unsweetened fruit purée 
  • 1/2 glâss coconut oil, softened 
  • 1 expânsive âpple, destroyed 
  • 1 tâblespoon vânillâ concentrâte 
  • 2 contâiners ground cârrot (âround 3 medium) 
  • 1/2 contâiner dried crânberries 
  • 1/2 contâiner chipped coconut 
  • 1/2 contâiner pecâns, cleâved 

Directions 

  1. Line â 12 form biscuit tin with pâper liners, put âside. Preheât broiler to 400 degrees (F). 
  2. In medium bowl include the flours, dârk colored sugâr, heâting powder, prepâring pop, pumpkin zest, cinnâmon, ând sâlt; whisk well to consolidâte, put âside.
