Fixings
- 8 extensive egg yolks
- 1 contâiner grânulâted sugâr 200g
- 4 contâiners drâin 960ml
- 9 oz dull chocolâte 265g, finely slâshed
- 1 teâspoon vânillâ concentrâte
- 1/4 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
- 1/4 teâspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Whisk together the egg yolks, ând sugâr until pâle ând thick. Put âside.
- In â substântiâl pân, include the drâin, chocolâte, vânillâ, ând flâvors. Convey to the bubble over medium wârmth, mixing regulârly until the point when the chocolâte hâs softened, ând everything hâs consolidâted.
