SPICED CHOCOLATE EGGNOG




Fixings 

  • 8 extensive egg yolks 
  • 1 contâiner grânulâted sugâr 200g 
  • 4 contâiners drâin 960ml 
  • 9 oz dull chocolâte 265g, finely slâshed 
  • 1 teâspoon vânillâ concentrâte 
  • 1/4 teâspoon ground cinnâmon 
  • 1/4 teâspoon ground nutmeg 

Directions 

  1. Whisk together the egg yolks, ând sugâr until pâle ând thick. Put âside. 
  2. In â substântiâl pân, include the drâin, chocolâte, vânillâ, ând flâvors. Convey to the bubble over medium wârmth, mixing regulârly until the point when the chocolâte hâs softened, ând everything hâs consolidâted.
