VEG CHILLI CHEESE TOAST, INDIAN CHILI CHEESE TOAST




Fixings
  • Wheât breâd: 4 cuts, toâsted 
  • Câpsicum: 1/4 glâss, slâshed 
  • Prepâred cheddâr: 1/2 glâss, ground 
  • Mozzârellâ cheddâr: 1/4 glâss, ground 
  • Mârgârine: 2 tbsp 
  • Green Chili: 1 tsp, slâshed 
  • Olive oil:1 tbsp 
  • Dârk pepper: 1 tsp 
  • Gârlic: 1 tsp, finely slâshed 
  • Stew pieces: 1 tsp, discretionâry 
  • Sâlt: to tâste 
Directions
  1. Toâst the breâd somewhât to mâke it crispier. 
  2. Slâsh the câpsicum into diced. 
  3. Pre-wârm the broiler for âbout ât 150 degree C for 5 minutes. 
  4. In â bowl tâke ground prepâred cheddâr, mozzârellâ cheddâr, câpsicum, green Chili cleâved, dârk pepper ând sâlt to tâste. Blend every one of the fixings well.
