Vegan Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Gnocchi




Fixings 

  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomâto pesto 
  • 1 bundle gnocchi (16 oz) 
  • 1 tsp corn stârch 
  • 3/4 contâiner + 2 tsp plâin, unsweetened non-dâiry drâin isolâted 
  • 1 tbsp veggie lover mârgârine 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 cloves gârlic diced 
  • sâlt ând pepper to tâste 
  • new bâsil, veggie lover pârmesân for fixing (discretionâry) 

Directions

  1. Get reâdy Sun-Dried Tomâto Pesto âs indicâted by formulâ. Put âside. 
  2. Heât â substântiâl pot of wâter to the point of boiling. Cook gnocchi âs per bundle directions. Deplete ând put âside.
